For our international client, Lausanne Jewelers offers VAT refunds on orders placed from the UAE and Europe. If you are a non-resident, we invite you to contact our personal advisors to verify your eligibility for this service, as certain exclusions may apply.
Delivery, returns & exchanges
We offer premium delivery on all online orders, ensuring your precious pieces arrive in perfect condition. Depending on the destination, expedited delivery options may also be available to meet your needs.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for online orders within 15 days from the delivery date. You may also return your items at one of Lausanne Jewelers’ eligible boutiques.

Please note that customized, engraved, or damaged pieces are not eligible for return. Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. You will be informed throughout the process, and refunds will be processed within 14 days.
