Return & Exchange Policy

At Lausanne Jewellers®, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every piece is a testament to timeless elegance and craftsmanship. In the rare case you are not fully delighted with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be straightforward, secure, and in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- It includes all original packaging, certificates, guarantee cards, and tags.
- It is returned with the barcode tag intact.
- It is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Earrings (due to hygiene)
- Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry
- Gold coins
- Items bought during sales or promotional campaigns
- Products that have been altered, resized, damaged, or show signs of wear
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Customers can initiate a return or exchange via either of the following methods:
- Login to your account on our website, go to ‘My Orders’ and click ‘Return’
- Alternatively, use the ‘Track My Order’ feature on the website
This must be done within 15 days of receiving your item (except for non-returnable categories above).
4. Secure Return Process
Each order includes a barcode tag for secure returns. Please follow these steps:
- Place the item in its original packaging.
- Securely seal the package.
- Our shipping agent will collect the package from your doorstep (a nominal delivery charge applies).
Important: Returns not following this protocol may be rejected.
5. Quality Check & Refunds
Once we receive the returned product:
- It will undergo a strict quality check (QC)
- If the item passes QC, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- If the item fails QC (due to wear, alteration, damage, etc.), the return will be rejected and the item returned to you
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
7. International Returns
In accordance with UAE data protection regulations, you may:
- International returns are accepted but shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for any customs clearance or return shipping costs
